Where the craft shows most.

Some pieces are never repeated: a single-slab table, a carved door, a stool with a woven palm seat or an engraved box. We make them in the workshop together with Oaxacan artisans in palm weaving, carving and engraving.

We made a carved door, a huanacaxtle table and a live-edge bar for Hotel Boutique El Callejón, the display bases for alebrijes at Jacobo y María Ángeles and the palm chairs at Casa Antonieta, in Oaxaca.

In parota or tzalam, with the tree’s natural edge and a base that lets the wood move.

HOW WE MAKE THEM

With the workshop and with Oaxacan artisans.

Slabs chosen one by one, dried and stabilized before they are worked.
Palm seats woven by Oaxacan artisans we work with.
Carving and engraving by hand or by laser, depending on the piece.
Oil or wax finishes that let the wood show.
One-off pieces or short runs for hotels, shops and gifts.
