ABOUT BALSAM (BÁLSAMO)

The balsam we use has a continuous tone ranging from reddish brown to dark brown, sometimes with a purplish cast. Its interlocked grain gives each board its own figure.

It is a dense wood that takes care to machine. In the workshop, we select it according to the piece, available boards and the finish the project calls for.

IN THE WORKSHOP

What we use it for.

  1. Furniture and custom pieces.
  2. Interior details, depending on the project.
